Clear Cache

When Kumoy vectors or maps are loaded, temporary files (cache) are created locally.

If you experience slowness, display not updating, or errors, clearing the cache may improve the situation.

Clear the Vector Cache#

1. Open the target Kumoy project in the QGIS Browser panel.

2. Open Vectors and right-click the vector whose cache you want to clear.

3. Click Clear Cache Data.

   

4. When the deletion is complete, the message "Cache cleared successfully." appears.

   

Tip

Right-click Vectors and select Clear Vector Cache Data to delete all vectors cache at once.

Clear the Map Cache#

1. Open the target Kumoy project in the QGIS Browser panel.

2. Open Maps and right-click the map whose cache you want to clear.

3. Click Clear Cache Data.

   

4. When the deletion is complete, the message "Cache cleared successfully." appears.

   

Tip

Right-click Maps and select Clear Map Cache Data to delete all maps cache at once.
