Cancel Subscription
This page explains how to cancel an active plan or additional storage subscription.
Important Notes Before Cancelling#
ImportantCancelling doesn't cut off access immediately: you retain full access until the end of the current billing period, after which the subscription ends automatically.
When the Team plan ends, member counts are adjusted to fit the new plan's limits. For example, moving down to the Community plan retains only the oldest Owner; all other users are automatically removed from the organization.
Even if your active SU usage exceeds the contracted amount after a plan or storage change, your saved data won't be automatically deleted. However, write operations will be disabled until your usage is back within the contracted limit.
Cancel Your Subscription#
The example below shows how to cancel the Team plan subscription. It can also be used to cancel additional storage.

Log in to Kumoy.

Open the Organization Settings tab, select the Billing sub-tab, and click Manage subscription.

On the subscription management page, click Cancel subscription for the plan you want to cancel.

Follow instructions and click Cancel subscription.

Complete the survey and click Submit.

Once the cancellation is complete, you will be back to the billing page. Check the post-cancellation plan.
